As an CCI Interviewer, you are directly involved in helping gather the opinions of the public that will help companies improve and/or create consumer products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or in a call center setting. There is absolutely no Sales involved.

Transfers are $1 with a ConnectCard. Transfers are not available with cash. Riders paying with cash must pay another full fare.
You can also purchase a bus pass through CCI. Your bus pass will be taken out of your paycheck before taxes. Meaning that if you intend on buying one. You’ll be saving money by going through CCI.
