I started employment in October of 2002, as a Market Research Representative. Because of my excellent quality, attendance and completes per hour, I got promoted to a supervisor in February 2003. I worked as a supervisor for a few years and was then promoted to manager. I love my job and consider myself a people person. I try to establish relationships with all of my co-workers. After an extended period of time working on the phones I was offered a supervisor position, and have conducted those duties ever since.
